At OCC Escrow, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returning items, making exchanges, and receiving refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.

  • It must be unused and unworn, with original tags (if applicable).

  • The item should be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Youโ€™ll receive clear instructions on how and where to return your package.

Important:
We cannot accept returns sent back without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any items back.

3. Damages & Issues

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and take steps to make things right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

Additional exclusions:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

To get a replacement item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

6. European Union โ€“ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies to any reason, without the need for justification.

Conditions for EU returns:

  • The item must be unused and unworn, with tags still attached.

  • The item should be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

This right is in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you havenโ€™t received it, please contact us at service@nobentra.com.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label must be provided by OCC Escrow before sending items back.
