1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Each OCC Escrow order is handled with care.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, including quality checks and packaging, before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during periods of high demand.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, regardless of destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since OCC Escrow partners with global fulfillment centers, delivery times may vary based on your location.

United States 10 – 15 Business Days
Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Important Notes:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the label is created.

  • If tracking updates do not appear immediately, your package is still on its way.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • OCC Escrow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • Customs fees are rare for most products but may vary by country.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@nobentra.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters processing, modifications or cancellations can no longer be made.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a free replacement.

Lost Packages:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
